Our junk/ debris removal is fairly simple, our base charge is $44 per yard. To help you get an idea/ visualize .. a standard size pickup truck holds 2-3 yards. Our cost to remove a pickup load is $120-$150.
If you give us your best guess of how many times you think you could fill a pickup truck with your items needing removed, we can give you a ballpark price that our team will confirm when they see everything in person onsite.
There is added charge for paint cans, mattresses, propane tanks and tires. In some circumstances extra time for labor is charged ( often for things in basements, attics , extra heavy, or extra small ( like bricks or stone, loose papers or small items .. situations with many small pieces that take extra bagging or extra trips).
Once the men arrive onsite that morning, they will look at all you would like removed in person, confirm the actual number of yards that will be removed. Calculate any ‘extras’ mentioned above and give you the firm price for them to pickup, remove and dispose of everything for you. If you agree to the price, they will be ready to take everything at that time. If it’s more than you’d like, you can prioritize certain items and they can give you a price just for those or let them know the budget you have for their visit and they’ll tell you what they can remove for that price.
It is a free estimate right up until you tell them to start loading the truck, so you could ask them to leave without taking anything if you’d like as well.
