This brick patio was starting to cause its owner some problems. The elevation was low causing water to settle near home instead of run off away from house. Vegetation was growing in weathered cracks and shifting of bricks made the bricks even and surface not level.

Our team removed the patio brick by brick (laying out in the yard to ensure re-installation of exact pattern). They raised the grade below the patio to meet up with foundation of home (not below as before). They set grade to allow slight fall for water to disperse away from the home. Cleaned & Re-placed all bricks in original layout. A beautiful transformation.
