This concrete retaining wall was leaning dangerously. It is mis-aligned over 6″ from it’s original position. You can see in the photo where it should be meeting with the part of the wall closest to the garage and where it sits now.

We dug behind the heavily leaning wall, carefully corrected the lean taking care to avoid concrete breaking. We  secured the wall in place from the front and back. Then we installed  a french drain / drain tile to carry any water along the wall toward the street to stop it from pooling up behind the wall again and causing more problems.  We covered the drain tile  & filled in the hole, leaving it ready for the customer to seed.
